One Account Per Person
Each person may only hold one account at a time. Opening a second account using the same name, address, payment method, or IP address is not permitted. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts may be closed and any bonuses will not be refunded.
Jurisdictional Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their local jurisdiction. We are not responsible for verifying whether such use is lawful.
3. Account Registration and Management
Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete personal information when registering an account. If we find that the information provided is incorrect, we reserve the right to suspend the account.
Login Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password secure. We are not liable for any funds lost without a prior report. If you notice any suspicious activity, log in immediately via viv8800 Login and contact us through Live Chat.
Account Verification (KYC)
We reserve the right to request identity documents, proof of payment method, and other verification materials in connection with withdrawals, large deposits, or other requirements. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.
4. Bonus and Special Promotions
Welcome Bonus
viv8800's welcome bonus gives you 100% of your first deposit as a bonus, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks.
Example — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus and your balance becomes 40,000 Ks. You must wager the bonus amount of 20,000 Ks × 15 = 300,000 Ks before you can withdraw the bonus funds.
Bonus Wagering Requirement
You must wager the bonus amount 15 times before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Note that only the bonus amount — not the deposit — needs to be wagered 15 times.
Bonus Validity Period
If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period after the bonus is granted, the bonus funds will be automatically removed from your account.
General Promotion Terms
- Each promotion may have its own specific terms and conditions
- You cannot deposit with bonus funds to claim another bonus (bonus funds excluded)
- Any promotion may be cancelled without prior notice
- Claiming bonuses on more than one account is strictly prohibited
5. Deposit and Withdrawal
Deposit
The minimum amount per deposit is 10,000 Ks. We accept the following payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. We are not responsible for any bank fees or exchange rate deductions that may apply at the time of deposit.
Withdrawal
The minimum amount per withdrawal is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are processed within 10 to 45 minutes, but may take longer if additional verification is required.
Payment Policy
- Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit
- Deposits from third-party payment methods are not accepted
- Withdrawals may be held until account verification is complete
- Withdrawals may be held subject to applicable financial or legal requirements
If you request a withdrawal before completing the bonus wagering requirement, the bonus funds will be forfeited and only the remaining deposit balance will be paid out.
6. VIP Membership Tiers
The viv8800 VIP program has 4 tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
- Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
- Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
- Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.9%
- Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.2%
Only your own play history and activity will be considered for VIP tier advancement. Cashback may be issued as cash or bonus funds at viv8800's discretion. Your tier may be downgraded if your account is suspended or if you breach any terms.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited—
- Providing false or inaccurate personal information
- Abusing bonuses or using bonus-conversion strategies
- Opening multiple accounts to claim promotions repeatedly
- Using software, bots, fixed connections, or other automated means to manipulate game outcomes for unfair gain
- Attempting to access or intrude upon the website's code, database, or servers
- Using bonus funds for money laundering purposes
- Assisting other users in committing any of the above prohibited acts
For any of the above reasons, your account may be closed immediately and any remaining balance may be forfeited.
8. Financial Compliance
viv8800 operates in accordance with policies against money laundering and financial crime. We may review suspicious transactions and, where required, handle related information in accordance with applicable law.
We may request that you demonstrate how funds in any account were obtained. If you refuse to do so, deposits and withdrawals may be suspended.
9. Personal Information and Data Protection
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data security is maintained through SSL encryption, and your data will not be sold or shared with third parties.

We may close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances—

- If there is credible evidence of a violation of any law

Bonus funds in a closed account will not be refunded. However, we will verify whether any real-money balance with completed wagering is valid and process it accordingly.
12. Liability Limitations
The viv8800 website and its services are provided "as is" with no guarantees or warranties of any outcome. We are not responsible for losses arising from gaming losses, technical issues, third-party software errors, or interference.
We will also not be held liable for service interruptions caused by server maintenance or force majeure events.
